I sharpened knives for many restaurants as well as for home cooks throughout the Northwest and beyond who appreciate a sharp knife. The knives go through a 6-7 step process which leaves them razor sharp. In addition to sharpening, I have 5 lines of beautiful kitchen cutlery for sale.
